I’ve got two of these now. The basic rules I’ve set for myself are:
-Finish in 10 minutes
-1 brush, no brush changes
-One layer
-No erasing

Some bridges in a garden in Japan. I stopped drawing partway through because I was rather frustrated with the perspective. I came back to it later and finished it though.

Testing out some new encoding settings for today’s speedpainting video. I was partway through an encode using h265 when I discovered Youtube doesn’t support it yet. The new process takes significantly longer, but I’m hoping I can drastically reduce filesize without affecting the quality too much.
UPDATE:
The new settings worked great! I was able to shrink the video to about 1/6th of the previous filesize. Took a little longer, but upload was way faster.

Very quick painting of a cave this morning. Several other projects need work today, some of which I hope to have up later this afternoon.
